The track project for LaitseRallyPark hobby kart centre was ordered by the world renowned car sport competition tracks planning bureau in Germany, Tilke Engineering – they have also made a project for currently used Formula 1 tracks. The author of the track is Eberhard Tilke. This is a hobby kart track, which can be joined together with Category A competition track in future.
The full length of the hobby kart track is 600 metres. The track has floodlights and can be used all year round. The width of the kart track is 6,5 metres, the width of the starting line is 7,5 metres, there are 17 bends, the longest bend is 66 metres, there are 3 direct roads. The driving direction is clockwise. There are plenty of complex bends that require good driving skills as well as long straight lines. Up until today, the average speed of the hobby kart that is measured on the track is 35 km/h and fastest speed is over 65 km/h.
The track can be combined in various different variants.
